This deck is completely surrounded by glass and offers breathtaking views of New York and beyond. Keep in mind, however, that the ticket price is higher than that for the 86th floor and the views are not very different. While the view there was certainly beautiful, we didn&#8217;t think the extra cost was really worth it.
